Getting started

Signing up and free coins

Which casino should I start with?
Mega Bonanza scored highest in our tests: a 1x playthrough, 50 free coins and the fastest payout. If you are 21 or over and want the biggest free package, Stake.us is the alternative.
How many casinos can I join?
As many as you like. Each gives its own free coins, so some players keep two or three accounts and use the daily bonuses at each.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Registration asks for your name, date of birth, email and state. Payment details are only needed if you choose to buy Gold Coins.
Why did I not get my free coins?
Usually because the email or phone confirmation has not been completed. Check your spam folder, then look in the casino’s bonus or rewards section.
Playing

Coins, games and limits

Which coin should I play with?
Sweepstakes Coins if you want a chance at a prize. Gold Coins if you just want to play. Every game has a switch between the two.
Can I lose real money?
Only money you choose to spend on Gold Coin bundles. Free coins cost nothing, and you cannot go into debt to a sweepstakes casino.
Can I set a spending limit?
Most casinos let you set a daily or weekly purchase limit in your account settings. Our play responsibly page explains how.
Are there live dealer games?
At some casinos, including Stake.us, Modo.us and RealPrize. The slot-focused sites such as LuckyLand do not offer them.
Getting paid

Redeeming prizes

How long does a prize take?
Between seven hours and three days in our tests. The quick payouts page lists all eighteen by speed.
What is the minimum I can redeem?
Usually 50 Sweepstakes Coins. Chumba, LuckyLand and ThrillCoins set it at 100. Fortune Coins uses its own currency with a 1,200 Fortune Coin minimum.
Why does the casino want my ID?
Sweepstakes law requires the casino to confirm you are an adult in an open state before paying a prize. It is a one-time check at every casino we tested.
Can I get paid in gift cards?
Yes, most casinos offer gift cards as well as bank transfer. Gift cards are often quicker.
