Thirty-six states where you can play
Adults can register and play in every state below. Individual casinos may still exclude a state or set the age at 21, so check the casino’s own list before you sign up.
Three rules that apply everywhere
Casinos check your location when you register and when you redeem. A mailing address in an open state is not enough on its own.
Most casinos accept players from 18. Stake.us and a few others require 21 everywhere, and some states set 21 as the floor.
Four states closed in 2026 alone. We re-check every casino’s list at the start of each month and update this page.
