What you get and what we measured
Every figure below comes from our own account at Funrize, not from the casino’s marketing.
How Funrize earned its 4.5
Five tests, weighted as shown. The same weights apply to all eighteen casinos.
The good and the not so good
What we liked
- 125,000 Tournament Coins free at sign-up
- Prize paid in one day
- Regular tournaments with free entry
What could be better
- Only 2 free Sweepstakes Coins to begin
- The tournament format is not for everyone
Our notes from testing Funrize
The welcome package
The welcome package is 125,000 Tournament Coins and 2 Sweepstakes Coins. Playthrough is 1x and the redemption minimum is 50 Sweepstakes Coins.
Getting paid
Twenty-four hours in our test. Verification was a single document upload.
Games and app
Slots and arcade-style games wrapped in a tournament structure. The site is lively and the app ran smoothly on both phones we tried.
Who it suits
Players who enjoy competing on leaderboards rather than just spinning. Remember that Gold Coins are play money only, and that you must be 18 or older, or 21 where the casino or your state requires it.
Should you sign up?
Different enough to be worth a look. The score is held back by the small free Sweepstakes Coin start.
