What you get and what we measured
Every figure below comes from our own account at Mega Bonanza, not from the casino’s marketing.
How Mega Bonanza earned its 4.9
Five tests, weighted as shown. The same weights apply to all eighteen casinos.
The good and the not so good
What we liked
- Our test prize arrived in seven hours, the fastest of all eighteen
- 50 free Sweepstakes Coins at sign-up with only a 1x playthrough
- Daily log-in coins keep arriving without a purchase
What could be better
- The slot library leans on a small group of studios
- Live chat is quick but only during US daytime hours
Our notes from testing Mega Bonanza
The welcome package
Register, confirm your email and you receive 375,000 Gold Coins plus 50 Sweepstakes Coins. Nothing has to be bought first. The free coins only need to be played once before they count toward a redemption, which is as good as the terms get in this category.
Getting paid
We asked for our prize on a Tuesday morning and the money was in our account that same evening, seven hours later. Identity checks were done once, at the first redemption, and took about twenty minutes.
Games and app
Around 400 slots, a handful of table games and a daily jackpot feature. The mobile site is quick and does not need an app download. We found the lobby easy to search by studio or volatility.
Who it suits
Players who care most about getting a prize paid quickly and without fuss. Remember that Gold Coins are play money only, and that you must be 18 or older, or 21 where the casino or your state requires it.
Should you sign up?
Mega Bonanza wins the top spot because it did everything we asked of it in the shortest time. If you only try one casino from this list, make it this one.
